Refund Policy
We accept order cancellation requests submitted before the product is shipped or produced. For all valid cancelled orders, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been shipped out from our warehouse.
We welcome product returns in accordance with our policy. You have the right to apply for a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same pristine condition as you received it, and packed in its original packaging with all accessories included. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete the return process.
Note: You will be charged a maximum of once for shipping costs related to your purchase (this includes return shipping fees). We do not charge any restocking fees for product returns.
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your return. We will then notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed immediately, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within the specified processing days (per your payment provider’s rules).
If you have not received your refund yet, please first double-check your bank account statement and online banking platform. Next, contact your credit card company—refunds may take several business days to be officially posted to your account due to their internal processing rules. You may also contact your bank directly, as there is often a standard processing period for refund transactions to show up.
